The Photobiographer presents the photography, PHOTObiography approach, books and services of Pipe Yanguas Photography Inc.
Photographs and website content
Photographs, text, designs and other original content are protected by copyright and belong to their respective copyright owners. You may browse the website and share links to its pages or photographs. Except as permitted by law or written permission, content may not be reproduced, sold, sublicensed or used commercially. A client’s rights to use delivered Final Images are determined by the applicable photography agreement. Website access does not transfer copyright ownership or expand those rights.
Photoshoots and packages
Sending an inquiry does not confirm a booking. Package details, payment, scheduling, additional images, cancellation arrangements and image-use permissions are agreed separately. Examples illustrate previous work; each photoshoot and book is created individually.
Private Client Area
Private galleries are available only to authorized clients and their authorized users. The Client Area Terms apply to selections, review, confirmations and photographic history.
Responsible use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the website or submit unlawful or abusive material. External services and websites have their own terms and privacy policies.
Availability and updates
Content may change and technical interruptions may occur. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Updates will be posted here with a revised effective date.
